A self confessed magpie for beautiful things jo is a great admirer of the skill that goes into handmade and historical objects which is reflected in the mastery of technique and attention to detail in her own work. Sarah woolfenden trained at the slade school of fine art in the seventies and worked as an art teacher in essex cornwall and devon before starting to pursue her own art full time.
