Btw i am using a 2m black cartridge. I m glad i didn t spend more tha 15 for this i ll be listening to my original thriller album instead of this one for sure. Sony are issuing a series of special michael jackson vinyl picture discs later this month. What this mainly leads to is increased surface noise which is most obviously heard in the silence between tracks.

Still as artists and labels hop on the vinyl trend some new vinyl releases may be mastered from cd quality audio not the high resolution formats audiophiles and folks like neil young adore. All six of jackson s studio albums from 1979 onwards off the wall 1979 thriller 1982 bad 1987 dangerous 1991 history 1995 and invincible 2001 are included in this series with the last three all double lps.
