Tiger river spa heater not working.

Trying to start up a bengal tiger river spa jets and light are working but i m not sure if the heater is working. Also i can t find any reset switch on the heater. A spa heater relies on sufficient water flow to operate. It depends on the kw of the heater you installed to determine how quickly it will heat.

The double pass feature efficiently heats the water in two stages and the titanium withstands corrosion. Pressure switches break the electrical circuit powering the heater element and the heater shuts down when the water flow is insufficient.

A pressure switch screwed into the heater chamber senses when the water flow is too low to properly protect the heater. If the sensors are not working properly this is one reason the heater is not comming on. Meaning a 6kw will take less time than a 1 5kw. Heater and pump working fine.

Have you checked the circuit breaker to make sure that it isn t tripped if you have power then there is only three things it could be the thermostat plugged supply pipes or your water heater is. Next check your thermostat and heat sensors. The led on the spa pack looks black and does not appear to work. If the pump is working and the heater is on but the water still won t stay at an even temperature you may need to replace the heater.
